3. INVESTOR TAX CREDIT PROGRAM OF WISCONSIN
To assist early-stage businesses conducting pre-commercialization activity related to proprietary technologies in their efforts to attract investors, the State of Wisconsin makes state tax credits available to individuals and groups investing in these businesses. In order for investors being able to take the credits, the business they invested in needs to be designated/certified as Qualified New Business Ventures (QNBV) by Wisconsin Department of Commerce.
The AhR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was recently certified by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce as a QNBV (Qualified New Business Venture) for that purpose. To obtain a copy of this certificate, please click here. To view a list of QNBV of Wisconsin, please click this. For more information about this wonderful program and, importantly, what the Department of Commerce would NOT endorse in relation to this certification, please visit the Wisconsin Department of Commerce website.
